Returns & refunds

Chosen with care, sold final.

Our highest priority is the health, hygiene and safety of our beauty community. Because we sell cosmetic products, we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your shades, finishes and products carefully. All sales are final unless an item is faulty or damaged. This policy operates in strict accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

01, No change-of-mind returns

Due to strict public health and cosmetics hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer store credit if you:

  • ·Changed your mind about a product.
  • ·Purchased the incorrect shade, colour or variant.
  • ·Do not like the texture, performance or scent of a product after purchase.

Once a cosmetic product leaves our warehouse it cannot be resold to another customer, which is why all sales are final regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.

02, Faulty, damaged or incorrect cosmetics

If there is a physical problem with your order or an error on our part, we will make it right. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will gladly provide a full refund or a free replacement if a cosmetic item you receive:

  • ·Arrives damaged, broken, shattered or leaks in transit (e.g. a cracked palette, shattered pressed powder or leaking bottle).
  • ·Is structurally faulty or not of acceptable quality (e.g. a defective pump, jammed dropper or broken twist mechanism).
  • ·Is significantly different from the product description or official shade imagery shown on our website.
  • ·Is completely the wrong product or shade variation compared with what you ordered.

How to claim a damaged or faulty product

  1. 1Email our support team at hello@korbeautylab.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  2. 2Provide your order number alongside a clear photo or short video showing the damage, fault or incorrect item.
  3. 3Once our team verifies the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and process your full refund to your original payment method, or ship your correct replacement immediately at no extra charge.

03, Shipping & parcel liability

  • Item protection. If you are asked to post a faulty item back to us, please use adequate protective wrapping (such as bubble wrap). Cosmetics are highly fragile and we need to inspect the item safely.
  • Returned to sender. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a courier cannot deliver your parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or a failure to collect it from the depot, the parcel is returned to our lab and a standard redelivery fee applies to ship your cosmetics out a second time.
